Claude St-Denis Appointed as Cathedral Worship Animator

Dean Chris has appointed Claude St-Denis the Cathedral Worship Animator. 

This ministry position is critical to the life of the Cathedral community. The Worship Animator coordinates all aspects of the preparation and execution of liturgy at the Cathedral. They will coordinate with the heads of the worship guilds (Altar Guild, Greeters, Head Sacristan, Intercessors,  Lay Administrants, Readers, and Server's Guild), to plan schedules and rehearsals, oversee updates of the Customary with the Dean and train worship guild members for all Cathedral Liturgies.

The Worship Animator also serves as an MC at Diocesan Liturgies and will serve as or assign the Bishop's Chaplain for Episcopal Visits. "Claude brings a breadth of experience to this role and will, I feel, enable us to continue to provide creative and well-executed liturgies, and to train and form our worship ministries at a high standard," said Dean Chris.
