The Cathedral community has been graced with many talents that flow through our ministry groups and guilds.
The groups and guilds are led by lay members of the congregations.
Many groups and guilds are connected to clergy through chaplaincy ministries. Chaplains offer pastoral care to group and guild members; pray for the ministry of the group or guild daily; may lead an annual retreat or special group or guild service; and be present at meetings or times of the year when members gather for large ministry projects. In ministries connected to Pastoral Care, chaplains may play a more active oversight role in formation, spiritual health and wellness, as well as adherence to safe church and other mandated protocols and procedures.
Group and guild members are encouraged to reach out to their chaplains for pastoral care.
Chaplains can also provide a link for new or familiar faces at the Cathedral to get involved in various ministries.
A list of ministry groups and guilds can be found online.
