All Souls Day at the Cathedral

All Soul’s day, the day the church remembers all our beloved deceased. At the Catherdral this day will be marked on Sunday November 5.

This year we will remember our deceased loved ones in a very visible way. A scroll of names will be created that will be laid at the altar on November 5. Beginning Sunday, October 29 until November 5 a scroll will be available in the narthex. You can add the names of your deceased loved ones to scroll whenever you are onsite at the Cathedral.

If you are not able to come to the Cathedral in person, you can email reception@thecathedral.ca with the names you wish to add to the scroll and Cathedral staff will write the names on the scroll for you. The names of people whose funerals were held at the Cathedral over the past year will be printed in a list in the service booklet on November 5, and will automatically be included on the scroll.
