Say Yes! To Kids!: Christ Church Cathedral Youth Drama Project

We are pleased to be fundraising for this program through The Anglican Foundation of Canada, Say Yes! To Kids! We have currently raised $6825 of the needed $23,000 that we need to empower our youth to further reflection, resilience, and self-actualization. The deadline for our fundraising goal is July 1, 2022. Remember, $4 of every $10 goes directly to support Indigenous youth initiatives across Canada and youth Ministry in the Diocese of New Westminster!
 
 PlayRight would be an arts-based outreach project for youth, ages 12 to 18, open and free of charge to any youth wanting to participate. The weekly program would take place at the Cathedral, starting in September, in the Parish Hall. Through a variety of theatre exercises and activities the participants will build skills, confidence and relationships. Over time this work would build towards an annual variety night or theatre production which would enrich the Cathedral’s current art’s program.
