This week, amid the topsy turvy-ness caused by increasing Covid cases numbers and new safety rules, I found a moment of peace and some inspiration for the week ahead in a seemingly unlikely place: my 5am crossfit class. I share it in this video incase it might be helpful for you too. 

Also, while I look forward to celebrating Christmas with all of you I recognize that some of you may not feel comfortable or be able to attend worship in person. If you need to stay home this Christmas, please worship with us on-line:
On Christmas Eve the 1pm Gospel for the City, 4pm Carols for the City and 8pm Mass for the City services will be livestreamed on the Cathedral website. On Christmas morning the 10:30am Eucharist will be livestreamed.
