I am happy to be a part of the discernment team at St. Brigid's. I am a single mom of a lovely 21 year-old. A few years ago I left my church because I thought being gay was unacceptable to God. After many attempts to change this, I was left feeling that the only right thing to do was leave the church.

Thank goodness God never left me! At St. Brigid's, I found a welcoming group of folks and a God that loves me as I am.
