An Invitation from Sorrento Centre’s Executive Director

Come and be nourished this summer at the Sorrento Centre in the beautiful Shuswap. A very special welcome to you, the members of the Christ Church Cathedral Vancouver community who are coming to our beloved Centre for the first time, and we are fondly looking forward to welcoming back many of our dear friends! During the week of July 21 to 27, there are engaging programs ranging from spirituality (Celtic Wisdom) to reconciliation (an examination of conflict and restoration in the Holy Land and in Canada) to expressive arts (creative journaling).

People of all ages are welcome, with special programming for under 5s, ages 5 to 10, and 11 to 18. Our kitchen features tasty meals including produce from our very own farm. Throughout the day and evening, there are many activities available to our guests, from morning worship, splashing on the glorious waterfront, Indigenous story telling to talent night and so much more! And plenty of time to engage with your Christ Church Cathedral friends. Come to the Sorrento Centre in 2024 to nourish body, mind and soul.
