About the Census and the Strategic Planning Process:
The Census was designed to understand the new composition of the Cathedral congregation which is much changed from 5 years ago. This will help clergy, lay leaders, and ministry teams shape programs and services that reflect the needs of our diverse congregation.
The Census is just the first part of the Strategic Planning process and is being followed by a Future Outlook Survey launching Sunday April 27. This second survey is a deeper dive into what matters most in our Cathedral life and will shape our discussions in the upcoming Listening Circles taking place in June.
