It's been one year since we had to close the physical doors of our church, one year since we had to figure out in a hurry how to do on-line worship, and one year since we started on this pandemic journey. 

Looking over the last year there are different things that have helped me along the way and I'd like to share one with you. It's called The Examen, and this is how I do it. I hope this might be helpful for you too.
